の針糸ボタンホールミシン is cut by a cutter and then broken off, which is mainly caused by the failure of left and right, front and back, height, and opening time of cutter. It is recommended to check and adjust according to the following methods.
1.上ねじ切りの前後移動の調整
（1）上糸はさみの前後の動きは45mmです。
（2）調整方法：押え金レバー前端のローラー軸固定ねじを緩め、右に動かしてシザーズの前後の動きを大きくし、左に小さくします。
2.のサイドスレッドカッターの左右位置の調整ボタンホールミシン
（1）トップラインはさみが上に移動するときは、針の中心と一致している必要があり、トップラインはさみの前端は、カッターの落下中心よりも右に5mmを超えている必要があります（図1 ）。
（2）上糸はさみを閉じるときは、可動刃と固定刃の間に0.30.5mmの重なりがないことを確認してください。 上糸はさみで上糸を切るときは、ミシン針に残っている糸頭もクランプし、再度縫うときに上糸はさみから縫合糸が抜けないようにしてください。
（3）上糸はさみの左右位置調整：左ペダルを踏んで上糸カッターが上に移動したら、フェースラインはさみのスイングフレームの固定ネジを緩め、前後を調整します。 、スイングフレームを前後左右に動かして上糸はさみの左右位置。
（4）上ねじはさみの可動カッターと固定カッターの閉量の調整（図2）：
Loosen the fastening screw ② of the closing shear control board and move the closing shear control board ③ back and forth. When the closing shear control board ③ moves towards the operator, the closing time is delayed due to the reduction of the closing amount.
3.上ねじカッターの高さ調整ボタンホールミシン
Adjust the height of the thread cutter after the presser foot is lifted. The fixed cutter is required not to touch the presser foot. During movement, it is not allowed to touch the needle clamp, and try to lower the thread scissors. As shown in Figure 2, loosen the set screw ① of the face line scissors and move the face line scissors up and down for adjustment.
4.スレッドカッターの開き時間の調整
（1）横縫いに影響を与えない状態で、上糸を長時間クランプし続けることをお勧めします。 上糸はさみでクランプされた糸頭が抜けないように縫製を開始します。 約35針後、ゆっくりと開きます。
(2) Adjustment method: loosen the screw ② in Figure 2 and move the shear opening control board ④ back and forth for adjustment. When moving towards the operator, the scissors are opened in advance. Note: do not cause the fixed shear closing control board ③ out of position.
